The IAP Chapter Neonatology Fellowship Program is an educational program that introduces the concepts and skills regarding care of the newborn at delivery, NICU, nursery, postnatal wards and newborn clinics/OPD. Completion of the program and training does not imply or assure that an individual has all the skills or competence for caring for all newborns.

  1. The fellowship guidelines cannot be used for medico-legal or litigation purposes.
  2. Any deviation from these guidelines by member units will be taken as serious violations of the rules and could be a cause for recall of certification at any time.
