**No form will be accepted without program coordinators signature. No hard copies of the documents are required.

  1. New fellowship admission process timeline is given below. To ensure the uniformity in the admission process no applications are entertained before and after the given time frame

  2. The admission form is electronically fillable PDF form . Please type only on these forms and send email to the neochap office at iapneochap@gmail.com.
  3. Send the following documents duly attested and signed by your program coordinator to iapneochap@gmail.com
    1. Copies of mark Sheets
    2. MD (Ped)/ DNB (Ped) degree / DCH certificate
    3. Appointment Letter
    4. State medical council / MCI registration form
    5. Fellowship admission fees should be transferred by Electronic/Bank/NEFT/RTGS only be made in favor of "Neonatology Chapter of Academy of Pediatrics". ( Account details located on Payments tab)
  4. The candidate will abide by the curriculum as prescribed in IAP Neonatology Chapter.
  5. The candidate will abide by the rules and regulations of the institution of registration.
  6. The remuneration, working hours, leaves and accommodation to the candidate will be according to the rules of the institution. The IAP Neonatology Chapter does not take responsibility for any monetary compensation.
  7. The candidate will be responsible for any expenses towards examination fees fixed by the IAP Neonatology Chapter.
  8. The candidate will produce a certificate of completion from the fellowship incharge/co-ordinator before being allowed to appear for the qualifying examination.
  9. The candidate shall provide his IAP life membership details at the time of admission to the fellowship programme.
    No candidate will be eligible for the exam if he/she does not furnishes IAP Membership details.
